B60 Composite Epoxy Glass with 2 Side Dissipative Surface

Material Details

Grade: B60. (Type: Composite / Specialist / Other Grades)
Description: Epoxy Glass. Epoxy Glass core. Static dissipative 2 sides
Comments: The Technolaque SD Range is a breakthrough in static dissipation. Developed by the Attwater Group, originally for the A.T.E. market, it incorporates a static-dissipative thermosetting surface, which is less than 50 microns thick. This special surface can be integrally press bonded onto a range of sheet substrates including Phenolic paper and epoxy glass during the manufacturing process, providing permanent static dissipative properties on one or both surfaces. As the Static-dissipative layer is not dependant upon additives bleeding to the surface, adhesive bonding of the manufactured components is possible. Also, the insulation properties of the core (below the static dissipative layer) are not affected permitting optimum insulation properties between conducting pins after suitable machining of the surface.
